Eighteen years ago, a young man stepped into the world of plastic packaging with nothing more than curiosity, determination, and a desire to learn. In 2007, he began his journey at VnK’s International Poly Bags Jsc., working as an assistant to the Hong Kong founder. What started as a supporting role quickly became a turning point. Under the guidance of the experienced owner, he absorbed every lesson—mastering production techniques, understanding customer needs, and sharpening the talent he didn’t yet know he had.

By 2011, his dedication paid off. He was appointed Factory Manager, leading operations with precision and heart. The years that followed were remarkable: in 2012 and 2013, the company achieved significant revenue breakthroughs, with his leadership playing a defining part in its success.

But in 2014, everything changed. The Hong Kong owner decided to retire and sold the factory. Although the chapter ended, a new dream began to grow. Our owner carried with him not only years of experience, but a vision—to build a factory of his own, one that would deliver the highest quality products and create specialized items that few factories could produce.

That dream became reality in 2023, when he officially founded our company. From day one, he kept the same core belief:
